Mixed Green
The mixed green salad features a medley of baby greens and wedged tomato with a home-made balsamic dressing. This salad is both fresh to taste and sits light in your stomach!
Gabriel Salad
A house feature, the Gabriel salad is a blend of field greens and spinach leaves with pine nuts and Quebec blue cheese tossed in our home-made pesto balsamic dressing. For added flavour, this salad is served on a bed of sliced tomato and Bermuda onion.
Goat Cheese Raspberry Pecan Salad
Looking for something sweet? The goat cheese raspberry pecan salad is a combination of spinach leaves, baby greens, pecans and berries tossed in our home-made raspberry dressing and topped with crumbled goat cheese.
Caprese Salad
If you love cheese, you will love the Caprese salad. Fresh sliced tomato combined with bocconcini cheese, herbs, extra virgin olive oil and tender greens tossed in a 15-year aged balsamic vinegar are sure to have your mouth watering.
Caesar Salad
A classic, the Caesar salad features crisp romaine lettuce, croutons and Padano cheese tossed in a zesty, home-made dressing.
Greek Salad
You can’t go wrong with a Greek salad! Our version combines iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, and black olives. It is tossed in our home-made creamy Greek dressing and topped with feta cheese.
Village Salad
A twist on a Greek salad, the village salad blends the freshest vegetables; julienned red peppers, green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and black olives with feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil and 15-year aged balsamic vinegar.
Spinach Salad
Finally, the spinach salad is a house favourite. It features baby spinach tossed with juicy blueberries, fresh pears, goat cheese, spicy glazed pecans with a home-made honey mustard dressing.
Looking for something a little bit more substantial than just a salad? We have four great protein add-ons including grilled chicken breast, blackened or seared cod, grilled tiger shrimp and an assortment of baby shrimp. Or choose from grilled or blackened prime beef striploin. All these proteins can be added to any salad! Just let your server know your preference.
