USDA Prime Steak
At Gabriel’s, we offer the highest quality beef rarely found at other steakhouses. Our choice cuts have finer marbling and stricter quality standards than any other grade so that every single bite you enjoy will be as juicy and flavourful as the last. Our USDA Prime Steak comes with your choice of sauce: a decadent wild mushroom black truffle oil ragout, a rich Gorgonzola sauce, or a simple peppercorn sauce. Whichever you choose, each dish is accompanied by a side of assorted vegetables and garlic mashed potato.
Are you carb conscious? You can also add our finest quality grilled or blackened steak to your salad. We suggest adding the beef to our Village Salad, which features a julienne of fine vegetables including red pepper, green pepper, cucumber, tomato, onion and black olives. These fresh veggies are topped with feta cheese, olive oil, and a balsamic vinegar which has been aged for 15 years! A healthy alternative with just as much flavour.

Seafood lovers come to Gabriel’s for a reason: we offer fresh and sustainable seafood in perfectly seasoned dishes. This summer we suggest you enjoy our grilled wild west coast salmon. Our salmon isn’t just fresh — it’s sashimi grade quality and grilled until tender. We dress it in a grainy Dijon mustard cream sauce and add a side of assorted vegetables and roasted potatoes.
Can’t decide between all of our seafood? Try a taste of everything with our eclectic shrimp paella. This dish includes jumbo tiger shrimp seared alongside three bay scallops. We add in thick calamari, juicy mussels and tender lobster meat, so you can really enjoy a large variety of all our seafood options. Top it all off with hot oven baked rice with a garlic saffron lemon-infused sauce made from virgin olive oil and a touch of cream. It perfectly complements the seafood to bring out its juicy flavours.

Our pasta diavola combines hearty rigatoni pasta with tender asparagus, fresh spinach, and hot Italian sausage which adds a lovely touch of spice. Cool off from the summer heat with our delightful vanilla parfait. We take a creamy scoop of French vanilla ice cream and drizzle it with raspberry, caramel and chocolate sauce.
