Executive Chef and owner Bill Bountas prepares and oversees what is executed from the kitchen. He opened Gabriels in 1996 with a history of fine dining experience from Toronto, South Florida and the Caribbean. His vast knowledge is extensive with a variety of many different flavors.

Bill had a vision of what he wanted "Gabriels" to be, so he searched for a well-experienced culinary team to work beside, so he could learn and grow from each team members expertise. With a background in nutrition, the Gabriel's culinary team can accommodate special requests and diets, while offering their knowledge for the creation of low fat dishes.

Bill chose this specific location for "Gabriels" to be able to offer to his patrons a DownTown experience in the West End at reasonable price without compromising quality. Gabriels offers only the best fresh seafood and USDA ANGUS beef allowing you to have a culinary experience you won't forget!
